The Journal of Things We Like (Lots)

We’ve moved! The Cyberlaw section of Jotwell is now the Technology Law section. Two trends in legal scholarship since Jotwell’s launch drove the decision. First, the “cyber-” prefix is no longer strongly associated with the broader field of Internet law. Instead, it tends to refer to specific subfields, like cybercrime and cybersecurity. Those are part of our beat, but hardly all of it. Second, scholars and reviewers have expanded their own interests outwards, using similar intellectual tools to study drones, robotics, and other technological topics. Our new name recognizes these shifts. We’re keeping the same URLs, so all the archives and new reviews will still be at cyber.jotwell.com. And everything else about the section remains the same, including our hard-working contributors. We look forward to sharing with you many more things we like (lots).
